From the receipt of the purchase order and final artwork confirmation, production lead time for airless pumps is about 5 weeks and pushbutton liquid dispensers, along with powder dispensers are 10-12 weeks.  

There are many stock packaging sizes ranging from 5ml to 100ml and various profiles, refillable options, body styles and applicator tips for airless pumps, pushbutton pens, and powder dispensers.

Yes! Depending on your format, you can incorporate up to 50% PCR material into any package option in the airless pump collection.

TaikiUSA offers design assistance and various deco options depending on package type. Some deco options are hot stamping, custom labels, customized colors, various finishing options, custom color injection molding, silk screen, UV metallization and paint matching etc.

TaikiUSA recommends water-based formulas for our airless pump packages. Cream and oil-based formulas are not recommended for the airless pump collection.

TaikiUSA offers a 90% evacuation rate for the refillable airless pump collection.  

TaikiUSA refillable airless pumps are only <12 pumps to prime which is in line with the packaging industry standard.
