President & CEO
As President/CEO of TaikiUSA Jim is responsible for all aspects of the US division of Taiki Group, including sales, marketing, operations, development & finance.Jim works with Taiki headquarters in Japan and other global offices and factories to successfully lead the company in strategic development, planning and the philosophy of Kaizen.With over 30 years of business and industry experience, Jim’s background spans from retailer at cosmetic brands, fashion design licensing and Internet retailing.
Vice President of Sales and Development
Jan joined Taiki in 2006 with experience from both the brand and manufacturing sides of the cosmetics industry, including roles at L’Oreal, HCP and Risdon. She manages the product development, project management, engineering/quality and sales teams, currently overseeing the entire cycle of the customer relationship from new inquiries through the developmental phase into production, troubleshooting throughout the process as needed to ensure timely and successful launches.
Director of Finance and Administration
Debra has worked at TaikiUSA for over 18 years. She maintains policies and procedures to ensure the sound financial management and control of the company’s business. Deb offers Taiki years of retail and finance experience, with a goal of guiding the company towards profitability and long-term success.
Director of Marketing
During her 10-year tenure at TaikiUSA, Stacey has used her many years of experience in marketing to support Taiki’s overall marketing strategy and initiatives across beauty brands through advertising, events, social media and more.
Director of Product Development
Siti has been with Taiki for 12 years, growing from an Assistant Sales Manager to Director of Sales and now acts as Director of Product Development. Siti has a strong focus on creating new products as well as finding and establishing new and improved supply chains.
Director, Global Liaison and Project Management
Kaori has been with Taiki Group for over 20 years working in various countries, acquiring knowledge from all areas of the business and creating strong relationship with different divisions as well as customers, partners and suppliers.
Isabelle has been with Taiki for over 7 years managing all Global Accounts. With 12 years of industry experience, she specializes in building a network of worldwide customers, as well as coordinating between them, development, purchasing, packaging, and development teams to ensure successful product launches.
Mary Ann Sosa
For over 16 years, Mary Ann has been serving mid-sized and niche brands at TaikiUSA. She manages client relationships, identifies new opportunities among existing brands and educates potential customers on Taiki’s product offerings all to help them find the best application solution. Mary Ann’s background includes sales and marketing contract manufacturing for nail polish and cosmetics.
Business Development, Senior Manager
Liz joined TaikiUSA in 2017 to support West Coast brands and opportunities. With her, she brings 20 years of experience in the beauty industry in sales, marketing and product development roles. Her capabilities span color cosmetics, home fragrance, skincare and professional beauty.
