As President/CEO of TaikiUSA Jim is responsible for all aspects of the US division of Taiki Group, including sales, marketing, operations, development & finance.
Jim works with Taiki headquarters in Japan and other global offices and factories to successfully lead the company in strategic development, planning and the philosophy of Kaizen.
With over 30 years of business and industry experience, Jim’s background spans from retailer at cosmetic brands, fashion design licensing, and Internet retailing.
A cosmetic and skincare packaging expert with over 20 years in the industry, Jan brings to TaikiUSA her knowledge of marketing, package engineering, business development and operations.
Jan has experience in both the consumer and manufacturing sides of the industry and was with L’Oreal, Risdon & HCP before joining Taiki. Her deep understanding of package manufacturing, product costs, development timing and potential ‘trouble spots’ help Taiki create innovative designs that align with customer needs.
Gregory manages Sales, Marketing, and Operations for the European Division of Taiki. After more than 10 years working with carton and glass packaging companies, Gregory helped launch the European Taiki Division in Paris in 2008. His knowledge of the market, coupled with a strong sense of customer relationship and needs, add value to the overall experience of the customer.
Gregory’s ambition is to provide customers with qualitative, efficient and innovative products and services.
